Candidates must have at least one year of sewing experience and prior client-facing experience. The role requires working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in sizing, printing, and workflow coordination. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing job lists and reporting to the Director. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to maintain client relationships and manage expectations within production and sales. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required, with Final Cut knowledge as a plus. The role also involves meeting service level agreements and effectively presenting the company’s products and services.
Beautiful LFT supplies a wide range of print services including Litho Print, Digital Print, Signage and Large Format Printing into a variety of Commercial, Industrial, SME and Blue Chip organisations.
As our new Fabric Seamstress and Finisher you will work alongside the existing team to run our print and finishing equipment. Full training will be given, but let us know if you have any experience with Sewing Machines, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), Caldera Rip Centre, Agfa Avinci Dye Sublimation Printer, Agfa Anapurna Hybrid LED Printer, HP Latex Printer, Canon Fine Art Printer, Vinyl Cutting, Laminating, CNC Finishing including Router, Knives and Creasing, Sewing Machine and Conveyor for Banners and Fabrics
Ideally, you will have a proven track record in Sewing or Finishing, you should have good attention to detail, be hardworking, hungry for success and looking to join a rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities
Production & Installation Responsibilities
Operate & Maintain Equipment – Run printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and associated software (Caldera, Rasterlink, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office). Ensure all workshop equipment is maintained.
Project Coordination – Work closely with the Office Manager and use the CRM system to manage Sign, Print, and Display projects efficiently.
Finishing & Installation – Perform trimming, laminating, and finishing processes, and assist with vehicle graphics, signage, and exhibition stand installations.
Workflow & Deadlines – Organise production processes to meet project specifications and ensure timely delivery.
Administration & Reporting – Assist with artwork checks, process documentation, and system manuals. Report on key production metrics to support cost control.
Site Visits & Installations – Conduct deliveries, site surveys, and international installations. Work at height where necessary, following strict safety regulations.
Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain tidy and organised workspaces, both onsite and in production, adhering to all safety protocols.
